A quickie. The first half of this video is about a used summer car tire, the latter part shows a gutted tire with the bindings torn. The binding strings are made of wire and they’re apparently covered with rubber or something. This was filmed earlier March 2014 in Porvoo, Finland as I was spending about 500 euros for driving school’s 2nd phase lessons. Around here it costs approximately 3000 euros in total to get a license which authorizes to drive a small car. That’s the way of socialist Finland. In Estonia, which is about 100 kilometers from here, similar licence is about two-thirds cheaper.
