Some RO2 servers have automated chat messages. They are shown at the bottom left corner during matches. Usually they’re about server rules guiding players how to play, not to use offensive language and informing who the admins are. Lately at least the 40-1 server has had different suggestions: players are reminded about fair play. This rant is about fair play as well.
